Peach Cocktail (4 personnes)
4 white peaches
80g sucre
1 citron
10 Cl Versinthe
some sirop orgeat
40 Cl grapefruit juice
sparkling mineral water
Mix in the cut peaches pieces, sugar and lemon juice,
Versinthe add and Orgeat syrup, stir
complete with the grapefruit juice and stir again
leave an hour in the fridge
serve with or without the sparkling mineral water
decorate each glass with some with some Redcurrant and mint leaves
